Biography
Abbas Arezou, a 43-year-old football coach and a well-known figure from the coastal city of Chaf, Langeroud, was killed on January 9, 2026. He was shot in the leg by Islamic Republic agents in Chaf, then arrested and taken to a nearby park. There, he was severely beaten and died from his injuries. Abbas had worked as a football coach in the region for many years.
عباس آرزو، مربی فوتبال ۴۳ ساله و از چهرههای شناختهشده شهر ساحلی چاف (لنگرود) بود. او در ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در چاف با شلیک گلوله جنگی مأموران جمهوری اسلامی مجروح شد. سپس بازداشت و به پارکی در نزدیکی محل منتقل شد و در آنجا مورد ضربوشتم قرار گرفت و بر اثر شدت جراحات جان باخت. عباس سالها در منطقه به عنوان مربی فوتبال فعالیت میکرد.
